This Mediterranean-style home is on a quiet street in residential neighborhood minutes from local beaches and conveniently located right around the corner from convenient stores, gas stations, and pharmacies.

Modern appliances include a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster—Ninja coffee maker with 10-cup ground coffee, single-serve functions, and hot water kettle.
Game room: 32” HD touchscreen Infinity game table for everyone in the group to enjoy nostalgic digital board games (monopoly, life, clue, and more!), air hockey, poker table with all accessories to host poker night, electronic pinball machine, Ms. Pac Man arcade game, 4K smart HDTV, and bar seating. The game room can also be converted into a private bedroom with a pullout sofa.
Living room: 85” 4K smart HDTV equipped with a Smart Chromecast, large leather sectional sofa, decorative fireplace, and direct access to the pool area with large sliding doors.
Outdoors: Private fenced back yard, in-ground swimming pool, covered patio with dining and lounge areas, poolside sun loungers, outdoor umbrellas, fire pit area, BBQ grill, lawn games, and pool toys.
General: High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning & heat, dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, umbrella, stroller, portable crib, rain umbrellas, collapsible beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.
Access to the entire house, backyard, and pool. We’ll provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry, and dish detergent. We ask that guests provide their own supply of all food, drinks, and additional paper goods as needed depending on the length of your stay. Spaces are available with two driveways. Please do not park on the lawn.

• In the winter, the pool may be cold, as it is not heated. Florida has a temperate climate, but overnight winter temperatures reach the 30s (F), and the pool water temperature will reflect the ambient temperatures.
• We’ll do our best to help if you forget something, but please check the house carefully before your departure, as the host and cleaning crew are not responsible for any items left behind.

In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
-Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guests, etc.
-Report the violation to Airbnb customer service.
-Cancel a reservation without a refund.
