This Coastal-style home is on a quiet street in residential neighborhood conveniently located right around the corner from convenient stores, gas stations, and pharmacies.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms are comfortably equipped with memory foam mattresses, high-quality pillows, bed linens, bath towels, and closets/storage space.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-quality cooking essentials, dishes, flatware, serving platters, wine glasses, pots, and pans. Modern appliances include a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster—Ninja coffee maker with 10-cup ground coffee, single-serve functions, and hot water kettle.
Game room: Poker table with all accessories to host poker night, billiards table, NFL Blitz arcade, electronic dart table, 75″ 4K smart HDTV, mini fridge, and bar seating.
Living room: 75” 4K smart HDTV, large leather sectional sofa, and direct access to the pool and screened in lanai with large sliding doors.
Outdoors: Private fenced back yard, in-ground swimming pool, screened in lanai with dining, lounge areas, poolside sun loungers, and BBQ grill. WE KINDLY ASK GUESTS TO REFRAIN FROM PICKING FRUITS FROM THE FRUIT TREES.
General: High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning & heat, washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, portable pack N play, and high chair.
Access to the entire house, back yard, and pool. We’ll provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry, and dish detergent. We ask that guests provide their own supply of all food, drinks, and additional paper goods as needed depending on the length of your stay. Parking spaces are available on driveway and off street. Please do not park on the lawn.
KAYAKS AVAILBLE (4): Please be careful when entering into the canal and while navigating in the water. ***By booking our home, we are not responsible or liable for any bodily harm or injury that may occur while engaging in the use of the kayaks.

• You will have private use of the entire house and property, and we hope you feel right at home! Hosts maintain a supply closet that will remain locked.
• Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation reflects an accurate count. Reservations must be updated should that number change before arrival. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWENTY EIGHT (28). The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest’s maximum is exceeded.
• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 24 years old. The host reserves the right to terminate the reservation if the primary booking party is under 24 years old or if the primary booking party is not present during the stay.
• For the protection of your belongings, we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off before check-in time. Thank you for understanding.
** POOL HEATER** In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure.
• We’ll do our best to help if you forget something, but please check the house carefully before your departure, as the host and cleaning crew are not responsible for any items left behind.

In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
-Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guests, etc.
-Report the violation to Airbnb customer service.
-Cancel a reservation without a refund.
