Living room: 70” 4K smart HDTV equipped with a Smart Chromecast, large leather sectional sofa, decorative fireplace, and direct access to the pool area with large sliding doors.
GAMEROOM: Billiards table, shuffleboard, electronic dartboard, platoon hook and ring, mini-fridge.
Outdoors: Private fenced back yard, in-ground swimming pool, covered patio with dining table, lounge area, poolside sun loungers, BBQ grill.
General: High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning & heat, dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, umbrella stroller, portable crib, rain umbrellas, collapsible beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.
Access to the entire house, backyard, and pool. We’ll provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry, and dish detergent. We ask that guests provide their own supply of all food, drinks, and additional paper goods as needed depending on the length of your stay. Spaces are available with two driveways. Please do not park on the lawn.

• For the protection of your belongings, we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off before check-in time. Thank you for understanding.
• In the winter, the pool may be cold, as it is not heated. Florida has a temperate climate, but overnight winter temperatures reach the 30s (F), and the pool water temperature will reflect the ambient temperatures.
• We’ll do our best to help if you forget something, but please check the house carefully before your departure, as the host and cleaning crew are not responsible for any items left behind.

In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
-Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guests, etc.
-Report the violation to Airbnb customer service.
-Cancel a reservation without a refund.
