• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS EIGHT. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.
• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 24 years old. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest does not meet the age minimum.
• The entire house and property is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities and is completely private.

We want you to enjoy yourself on your vacation, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc., at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 9 PM until 8 AM
In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
-Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guests, etc.
-Report the violation to Airbnb customer service.
-Cancel a reservation without a refund.
Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation reflects an accurate count. Reservations must be updated should that number change before arrival. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWENTYSIX (26). The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest’s maximum is exceeded.
