This beautifully decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, a super private fenced-in backyard with a screened-in patio, with lots of seating, and a electric Traeger BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 5 spacious bedrooms (2 MASTER EN-SUITES), 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with smart TV, board games, and a pull-out sofa, and a large dining room with a gorgeous dining table for 12. A Chef’s kitchen with all the essentials, and a dedicated fully equipped laundry area.
***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

• The entire house and property are designed and set up for guests on vacation who want to feel at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities, and it is entirely private.
• In the coldest winter months the pool can be difficult to swim in as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days.

In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
-Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guests, etc.
-Report the violation to Airbnb customer service.
-Cancel a reservation without a refund.
Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation reflects an accurate count. Reservations must be updated should that number change before arrival. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWENTYSIX (26). The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest’s maximum is exceeded.
